ESB Beo Festival National Concert Hall, John Field Room, Dublin. August 18th, 2006

Triona made a lunchtime recital in the Beo Festival held at the National Concert Hall in Dublin this year and asked me to appear with her as a guest artist. We used quite a lot of material we had  played in Edinburgh, however, the order was very different which made for a very fresh experience. We got a really fine response from the crowd and many people were speaking with us about the recital for quite some time afterwards. There were a number of Japanese in the audience and they expressed great surprise at hearing the biwa in Dublin.
